Meet Amandine Paulay: iMEAN's Latest Addition
We are delighted to announce the newest addition to the iMEAN team, Amandine Paulay, bringing fresh energy and expertise to our life science modeling efforts !
Amandine joins us as a Life Science Modeller with a strong background in bioinformatics, microbiology, and systems biology.
She completed her PhD at INRAE and Biomathematica, where her research focused on modelling protein degradation by the gut symbiont Bacteroides caccae. Amandine developed a proteolytic module to improve metabolic simulations and conducted genomic analyses of proteases in various Bacteroides species.
