iMEAN at ABIM 2025 : Accelerating Innovation in Biocontrol with Biomodelling
iMEAN will be present at the Annual Biocontrol Industry Meeting, ABIM, taking place from 20 to 22 October 2025 at the Congress Center Basel, Switzerland.
Yasmine JERAD, our Business Developer, will attend the event to represent the company’s innovative approach to predictive modelling for biocontrol solutions.
The ABIM is the leading global event for the biocontrol community, gathering more than 2,000 participants and 150 exhibitors from across the world. Co-organized by FiBL and IBMA, ABIM 2025 celebrates several milestones — 20 years of ABIM, 30 years of IBMA, and 10 years of the Bernard Blum Award — marking two decades of progress in sustainable crop protection and innovation.
At iMEAN, we apply mathematical and mechanistic modelling to support the design and optimisation of biological solutions for crop and plant protection.
Our models provide quantitative insights into microbial interactions, pathogen infection mechanism, formulation performance, and efficacy prediction under variable field conditions, key tools for biocontrol and biostimulant development.

By bringing a data-driven layer to biological R&D, iMEAN aims to accelerate the translation of lab-scale results into field performance.
Don’t miss the chance to meet and discuss with Yasmine regarding our biomodelling and predictive platform and explore how these tools could contribute to innovative agriculture solutions.
We look forward to joining the international biocontrol community in Basel next week !
