iMEAN Welcomes Edmond Berne as a Bioinformatics & Full-Stack Developer Intern
We are delighted to welcome Edmond Berne to iMEAN as a Full-Stack Development Intern! Edmond is currently pursuing an Engineering degree in Bioinformatics at Polytech Nice Sophia, where he is developing expertise in computational biology, web development, and data science.

During his internship at iMEAN, Edmond will focus on designing and implementing an interactive web platform for modelling biological regulatory networks. His work will enhance the visualisation and analysis of complex biological data, making it more accessible for our biomodellers.
Edmond brings valuable experience from his previous research internships at the University of Copenhagen and CNRS, where he worked on microbiome analysis, bioinformatics pipelines, and computational modelling.
His technical expertise in full-stack development, database management, and data visualisation aligns perfectly with our mission to integrate computational tools into biotechnology research.
We’re excited to see the impact of Edmond’s work and look forward to his contributions to iMEAN’s ongoing projects.
Welcome to the team, Edmond!
