Still Growing the iMEAN Team Welcomes Jean-Clément Gallardo!
We are delighted to announce that Jean-Clément Gallardo joined iMEAN in 2025 as a full stack developer.
Jean-Clément graduated with a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology from the University of Bordeaux in 2021, following a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences obtained in 2018. He brings solid expertise in data visualisation and analysis, and full stack development applied to biological systems and metabolomics.
From 2021 to 2025, Jean-Clément worked as a bioinformatics engineer at INRAE ToxAlim, where he developed a web solutions of a comprehensive platform of workflow tools for analysis processes to support metabolomics research. He played a central role in the development, maintenance, and project management of MetExplore and MetExploreViz, a JavaScript library dedicated to metabolic network visualisation and automated metabolic networks drawing tools.
Through both his professional work and side projects, Jean-Clément has demonstrated a strong ability to design, develop, and manage complex bioinformatics platforms.
We are excited to welcome Jean-Clément to the iMEAN team and look forward to his contributions to our biomodelling and predictive tools development activities and projects !
